When repairs are needed within hardware warranty, please contact us and return the items to us.
Out of warranty, there could be some costs, you need contact us to check the cost. Even sometime cost can only be estimated when products have been checked.
Supports
You get free general supports from us with phone calls including Smart POS software and hardware. We also have built documents and video supports, you are welcome to search and find your answers. Onsite supports would need some costs.
